Toggle DeepFilterNet noise suppression on this account's inbound calls.

Cleans the caller's 48 kHz audio before STT (improves recognition, reduces false barge-ins). Stored on channel_account.state JSONB; the channel-sync Telegram bridge reads voice_denoise_enabled per call. Owner OR workspace member may flip it (parity with voice-policy).
