Connect Callback

Twilio redirects the user's browser here after they approve.

Validates the state JWT (signed by us at /connect/start) so we know which workspace/user this subaccount belongs to. Inserts a channel_account row with auth_method: "connect" and redirects the browser to a tiny landing page that hands off to the Channel Manager for number/agent setup.
