Line Webhook

Receive webhook events from LINE Messaging API.

Per-account URL solves routing and signature verification:

  1. Look up channel_account by {account_id} to get channel_secret
  2. Verify X-Line-Signature using the account's channel_secret
  3. Return 200 immediately (LINE suspends delivery if server is slow)
  4. Forward events to sync engine async
