Receive Login Kit app event pushes (post.publish.*).

Direct messages do NOT arrive here. They belong to the separate Business Messaging app and land on /business/webhooks, signed with that app's secret. An earlier version of this docstring promised DM events "once Business Messaging is approved" on this route; that was written before it was clear the two are different apps.
