Receive operator messages from amoJo webhook.

Steps:

  1. Look up channel credentials by scope_id (from encrypted secrets)
  2. Verify webhook signature
  3. Extract operator message, dedup by msgid
  4. Resolve DialogBrain thread_id from amocrm_chat_links
  5. Deliver to channel via adapter_manager
  6. Publish to WebSocket
