Synthetic Test Twilio Number

Health-check the post-connect SIP path without placing a real call.

Verifies (in order):

  • Twilio creds still authenticate against the saved AccountSid.
  • The IncomingPhoneNumber record still exists and is attached to the per-tenant Twilio Elastic SIP Trunk (set by PR3b's outbound provisioning).
  • The LiveKit inbound trunk we route Twilio→LiveKit through is still registered on the LiveKit server.
  • The per-tenant LiveKit outbound trunk we route LiveKit→PSTN through is still registered.

Persists the result to state.last_synthetic_test so the channel card can show pass/fail without re-running the checks. NEVER places a real call (would cost money + need throwaway destination).
