Twilio Voice Incoming

Handle incoming Twilio phone call.

Twilio POSTs here when a call arrives. We:

  1. Validate X-Twilio-Signature
  2. Look up the called phone number -> channel_account -> workspace
  3. Resolve the voice agent via trigger system
  4. Dispatch a LiveKit room via perform_dispatch_room
  5. Return TwiML with <Sip> URI bridging the call into the LiveKit room

Returns: TwiML XML response
