The account row comes FIRST: its id keys the bridge container, so the bridge URL is known before anything is spawned.

With account_id (Reconnect): the row already exists and keeps its id, threads and triggers; the supervisor is asked to ensure ITS bridge (a running one is adopted) and the form polls that bridge's QR.
