Mint Screen Ticket

Mint a ticket to view a meet-bot's screen, resolved by meet_code within the caller's workspace.

Resolves the latest LIVE (ended_at IS NULL) meet session for the code — a bot still holding at pre-join for a manual join has no joined_at yet, so a join-gated lookup would miss exactly the case this screen exists for. The workspace comes from the request header, so a ticket can only ever reach a bot the caller's workspace owns.
