Registered Price Index (Intelligence)

An index of prices actually paid for registered homes, by city and area, from the registered sale deeds matched to project unit statements, set against the guideline value of the street: the median paid per square foot by quarter and by month, deeds and projects behind each point, how many deeds registered at or above the guideline, growth over one, three and five years (with CAGR) where enough deeds exist, the area table (median, range, guideline land rate, premium over it, change) and the project table. Answers "how have apartment prices moved in Chennai", "which areas carry the biggest premium over the guideline", "what did buyers pay per square foot in Perungudi last year". A point needs at least 5 priced deeds in its quarter (3 in a month) or it is reported as not held with the reason, never estimated. LandLens Intelligence, enterprise plan. Free of credits; the plan is the only requirement. Without it the call is refused (scope_denied, with the plan page) and nothing is charged.
