Land record: patta, chitta, TSLR

Fetch the actual government land record for a parcel: rural patta copy, chitta, A-register, or urban TSLR extract. Auto-detects rural vs urban and uses the correct register. Use when the user asks for the patta / chitta / A-register / TSLR of a specific parcel. Needs revenue codes (resolve them first from names) and a survey number; chitta needs a patta number (an ownership or owner-search result provides it). Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.

Urban ward number (TSLR only). Supply it when the parcel is town-surveyed and the ward is known from a deed, a TSLR extract or the user. Passing ward + block also tells this tool the parcel IS urban.

block_codestring

Urban block number (TSLR only), e.g. 0045. Use together with ward_code.
