Property panchangam for a day

The Tamil property panchangam: action "day" gives any date's property board (raahu kaalam, yamagandam, kuligai, nakshatram, thithi, auspicious score, SRO and BANK open/closed status, court/loan suitability, the day's property tip); "best_dates" finds the best days for an activity (registration, site_visit, token_advance, new_booking, loan_application, bhoomi_puja, house_warming) where the SRO and banks are OPEN; "rashi" gives a zodiac sign's daily property prediction (luck score, best/avoid activity, negotiation odds, favorable areas); "festivals" lists festivals/public holidays (SRO closures) for a month. Use for "is today good for registration", "raahu kaalam today", "best day for bhoomi puja in August", "property luck for Rishabam today", "when is the SRO closed this month". Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.
