Water body

The mapped WATER BODY POLYGONS (tank, eri, oorani, kulam, pond, lake, reservoir) from the government water bodies register, with their extent, type, owning department and record id. Three ways to call it: (1) lat + lng (from the parcel lookup) with an optional radius_m for every water body around a point, nearest first, with the distance to each polygon boundary. (2) water_body_id to open one record in full, including whether a boundary polygon exists and how large its footprint is. (3) district for how many water bodies that district has and the largest ones by extent. Use for "is there a lake near this plot", "how big is the tank next to my land", "which department owns that eri", "water bodies in this district", "how close is the nearest waterbody boundary", "what is the extent of that kulam". NAMED canals, rivers, streams and odai with distances are the separate waterways list, and the regulatory verdict on whether the plot itself sits in or beside a water body is the zone check. 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.
