Rent receipts and invoices

GENERATE rent receipts or rent invoices as a ready PDF (one page per month for the whole period, up to 24 months) and return the download link. type "receipt" = tenant-side rent receipts for HRA / income tax proof, with the landlord PAN line and an optional revenue stamp. type "invoice" = landlord-side rent invoices with due dates, and 18% GST split into CGST/SGST automatically when the let is commercial AND a landlord GSTIN is given. Use for "rent receipt for HRA", "monthly rent receipts for last year", "rent invoice for my tenant", "12 months of rent receipts with my PAN". Gather the fields conversationally first. If the user would rather fill the form themselves, the rent-receipt / rent-invoice template of the separate document drafting tool does that instead. Free.

property_type'residential' | 'commercial'

invoice only, REQUIRED. commercial + a GSTIN triggers the 18% GST lines.

landlord_gstinstring

invoice only: 15 character GSTIN. Only then is GST charged.

due_dayinteger

invoice only: day of month the rent falls due, 1 to 28. Defaults to 5.

signature_textstring

Optional typed signature name to print in the signature box.
