Who owns the land at this pin

WHO OWNS THE LAND AT THIS POINT: give a latitude and longitude and get the parcel under it AND its recorded owner in one call, from the government register that covers it (patta / chitta for rural land, the town survey register for urban). Use for "who owns this land", "owner of this plot", "find the owner at this address" once the address is a pin. Read status: named = the register named an owner; subdivision_ambiguous = the survey is split into sub-divisions and the pin cannot say which one this is, so NO owner is given and none may be guessed (show the listed sub-divisions, ask which, and call again with sub_division); no_parcel = no cadastral parcel resolves at that point; no_record = the parcel resolved but the register holds no digitised ownership; unavailable = the register could not be reached, so nothing is concluded. The owner named is what the register records, which is not the same as clear title: confirm against the encumbrance history (the EC) before relying on it. The parcel identity alone is the separate parcel locator, and a rural owner when the government portal is down is the A-register fallback. Costs 2 credits per call, waived when nothing is found.
