Every parcel in a village
Find land parcels across a NAMED revenue area (a whole district, taluk or village) matching filters: minimum/maximum area in acres and exclusions (industrial, eco_sensitive, flood, reserve_forest, aquifer, road_widening, govt). Use this when the user names a place instead of drawing on the map, for example "5 acres and above in Chennai", "large parcels in Sriperumbudur taluk", "anything over 2 acres in Kanathur village". Resolve the place to revenue codes with the free place-name lookup FIRST, then pass the codes here. district_code is required; add taluk_code and village_code to narrow it. THIS IS NOT A WAY TO DUMP AN AREA: always pass the size filter the user asked for, and if they asked for no filter at all, say a whole district cannot be listed and ask what size or area they are looking for. THOSE SEVEN ARE THE ONLY EXCLUSIONS. There is NO agricultural, wet/dry, nanjai/punjai, residential or land-classification filter here, so never promise to "screen out agricultural land" as part of this sweep: run the sweep for the size they want, then check land classification per parcel with the registration department's classification lookup or the zone check with subject cmda_landuse. The same rule when the user asks for exclusions this tool does not offer (poramboke, roads, water bodies, "clean private land only"): NEVER escalate or refuse. Run the sweep with the exclusions that DO exist (govt covers government-classified land), then say plainly which of their filters were applied in the sweep and which are a per-parcel classification check on the results. Results are paginated, largest parcel first. Costs 4 credits to open a sweep; further pages of the same sweep are free for the first five, then 1 credit per five pages, for 24 hours.
