Land class, soil and tax of a survey

The revenue register's AGRONOMIC and TAX details for a survey: wet (Nanjai) / dry (Punjai) classification in Tamil and English, soil class, soil type codes, irrigation source, whether recorded as cultivable, tenure (e.g. Ryotwari), poramboke flag and the annual land tax assessed. Pass the revenue codes (from the parcel lookup or the place-name lookup) + survey_number, optional sub_division. Use for "is this wet or dry land", "soil class of my survey", "what land tax is assessed", "is it cultivable / irrigated", and for "IS THIS GOVERNMENT OR PORAMBOKE LAND" - this tool carries the revenue register's own government/poramboke classification (is_government), which the temple, waqf, forest and cadastral zone layers do NOT answer.
