Order a certified copy

Order the OFFICIAL certified copy of any registered document (sale deed, gift deed, settlement, mortgage, release...) from the SRO, straight from chat: pass the document number, year and the SRO (10 credits, user must approve; if the registration department confirms it holds no such deed under that number, year and book, the credits are returned automatically; if the copy cannot be fetched automatically for any other reason our team obtains it by hand, and it is not refunded). When the user has UPLOADED a document and asks "is this original / genuine / tampered", set verify_against_upload=true: the certified copy is then automatically COMPARED against their upload and the authenticity verdict posts into the chat. Resolve the SRO first (from the document fields, or the free SRO lookup at the parcel) - the SRO CODE is required to order. Returns a proposal, nothing is charged yet; it runs only once the user approves it, and the approved run costs 10 credits.
