Is my land under acquisition
LAND ACQUISITION NOTICES in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette for a SURVEY NUMBER: whether the state has given notice it intends to acquire the land, under the TN Highways Act 2001, the TN Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act 1997 (SIPCOT and similar), the 2013 Act or the Land Acquisition Act 1894, and NATIONAL HIGHWAY notices under the National Highways Act 1956 from the Gazette of India (section 3A intention; section 3D declaration, which means the land has vested in the Central Government), with the project, the date, the gazette issue, whether the notice names the survey itself, its parent or a sub-division carved out of it, and whether a later notice withdrew it. A notice that names only ANOTHER sub-division of the same survey number (other_sub_division_only) is not this land: say so, never report it as a finding. When scanned_schedule is true, a notice was read from a scanned gazette page (older national highway schedules), where a digit can be misread: say so, and ask the user to match the survey number against the printed schedule. Use for "is my land under acquisition", "is this survey notified for the ring road / SIPCOT / bypass", "has the government acquired survey 417/3", "நிலம் கையகப்படுத்தல்". Give the survey with its village and district, or pass district_code, taluk_code and village_code from the parcel lookup for an exact village match. A notice is an INTENTION to acquire, never proof the acquisition was completed; no notice found is NEVER proof the land is free: the reading of each gazette is partial. Free.
