How the registration department classes a survey

The registration (IGR) department's OWN classification of a survey: the land class it is valued as (e.g. "Residential Class IV Type - I"), the class grouping (Natham / Wet / Dry etc.), its guideline PRICE RANK within the village (1 = priciest band), and when the guideline value was last revised. Pass the revenue codes + survey_number (sub_division optional). Use for "how is my land classified for registration", "is it valued as residential or agricultural", "which price band is my survey in", "when was the guideline value last revised". Not a valuation; the rate itself is the guideline value lookup. 1 credit. Costs 1 credit per call, waived when nothing is found.
