With developer_id or project: only the items keyed to that register row. Filter by district, tag and a search word. Answers "what is being said about this developer", "any news on stalled projects in Chennai", "policy news that moves Coimbatore". Headlines and summaries are the outlets' own and each item carries the outlet's link; a keyed item is a name match on the text, which is a lead to read and not a finding.
