On track or late, by the record: every registered project's filed completion date set against the register's status, the extension and progress notices it carries, and the CMDA completion certificates matched to it. The late table with months past the date, the projects due in the next 6 or 12 months, the developers ranked by how often and how far they run late, and the certificates issued in the last 12, 24 or 60 months with the filing each one matches. Answers "which projects in Chennai are late and by how long", "what is due to complete this year", "does this developer run late", "which projects received a completion certificate recently". Late means the filed date has passed without a completed status; no progress reports are published, so a late filing is a fact about the filing, not a verdict on the site.
