Approve a proposal

Run a proposal another tool returned (an encumbrance certificate pull, a certified copy order, a CERSAI or eCourts search, a Chennai utility fetch, a seller check, a tracker, a Verify My Land order, or a legal opinion project on uploaded documents). Pass the action and params exactly as proposed; a proposal is valid for 30 minutes and only for the credential it was issued to. The approved run bills the credits the proposal quoted, from your LandLens wallet. An encumbrance certificate pull reads the register for minutes, so it is queued: the answer is status queued with a job_id and a poll block, and polling that job returns the transactions when they are in (charged only when transactions come back). A seller check runs for 8 to 15 minutes: the answer is status queued with a check_id and a poll block, and polling that check returns its result when it is done (its credits are taken when it starts and returned if it fails).
