Drill into one run by {source}/{run_ref} — params, a coarse stage list, outputs, the backing-row glance, and the lineage pointer (analysis runs). source ∈ {analysis_run, routine_run}; run_ref resolves like the registry (registry id | backing id | external ref) for analysis runs, or the routine_run id for routine runs.
