Get Call

One call for the viewer: metadata, timed transcript segments, and fresh presigned media URLs (4h TTL — mint per load, never store).

segments_source tells the client what sync affordances to enable: timestamps (raw artifact parsed, ≥1 segment timed), text (flat transcript only — render, no seek), none (no transcript at all).
