Approve Outbound Draft

Approve one draft → the send chokepoint (the ONE door — this route contains no send logic). Returns the chokepoint's structured result verbatim: {"sent": true, "result": "queued", "as_sent_text": …} or a refusal (already_sent / superseded_by_newer_prospect_message / already_answered / send_failed / retry_too_soon / outcome_unknown_hold / …) for the tab to render inline.

operator_retry=true is the explicit human retry for send_failed / outcome-unknown drafts; the chokepoint enforces the in-flight guard.
