List Calls

List/search captured calls across ALL accounts (staff-only global view).

q is Postgres websearch syntax over title + transcript body, ranked by relevance with sentinel-delimited snippets; without it, newest-first. status defaults to done (pass all to include processing/failed rows). Never returns transcript_text — list rows stay light.
