Get Screening Call Debug

Get debug information about screening calls for the current customer.

This endpoint is restricted to developer users only. Returns the same screening calls that are evaluated when determining if the screener is busy, along with their current Twilio status.

This helps debug issues where calls are incorrectly showing as in progress.
