Mark Stuck Calls Completed

Mark all in-progress calls as completed for the current customer.

This endpoint is restricted to developer users only. Used to clean up calls that are stuck showing as "in progress" on the calls page when the end of call PATCH request was never made (e.g., due to a crash or network issue).

Only affects calls that started more than 5 minutes ago to avoid marking active calls as stuck.

Sets:

• status to "completed"
• duration_seconds to 0
• has_error to True
• error_description to "End of call PATCH request never made"
