List Custom Trigger Mappings

List the customer's payload→lead mappings in evaluation order.

Read-only, same reasoning as sources: a mapping is what decides whether a real person gets called, and it's edited deliberately in SQL or a script rather than in a browser tab. Surfacing it here is how an operator confirms which mapping an event matched.
