Get Llm Proxy Import State

Importer health: watermark, ingestion lag, last error, orphan counts, table size.

The orphan counts are the point. A metrics line whose bodies never arrived and a bodies line whose metrics never arrived are the two ways this importer can be silently half-working, and neither shows up in a row count.
