Get Dry Run Case Matching

Get the dry-run case matching setting for the current customer.

This endpoint is restricted to developer users only. When dry-run mode is enabled, case matches require manual approval before case notes are posted to SmartAdvocate.

Note: This endpoint is maintained for backward compatibility. Prefer using /case-notes-settings for new integrations.
