Admin

Post Hot Leads Digest

Push the top hot leads to the admin Slack channel. Idempotent + safe to call on a schedule: returns {sent:false} cleanly when there are no qualifying leads or the Slack webhook isn't configured. Intended to be hit daily by a Fly Scheduled Machine, same as the other admin cron endpoints.
