Data Isolation Backfill

Reverse-map shared scraped data into per-user discovery rows.

Walks search_jobs ordered ascending by created_at — older jobs win, so the first user who surfaced a given author keeps the earliest first_seen_at.

Returns counts (videos / authors / contacts seen, discoveries written). dry_run=true short-circuits the write — useful to size the migration before pulling the trigger.
