Reprocess Inbox

Reset the processing counters on an inbox row so the next inbox_processor tick picks it up again.

Use after fixing whatever made it fail (DB schema mismatch, third- party crawl error, etc.). Idempotent — calling twice still leaves the row at zero attempts.
