Get Jobs Stats

Aggregate counters for the dashboard header.

Returns:

  • current queued / running counts
  • failed_last_24h / completed_last_24h counts
  • p50_duration_seconds / p95_duration_seconds over the completed jobs in the last 24h (None when no samples)
  • by_data_source — total job count per data_source bucket
  • active_workers — list of distinct worker_ids currently attached to a running job
