Render an original North/South Indian varga SVG

Original sidereal D1/D2/D3/D4/D5/D6/D7/D8/D9/D10/D11/D12/D16/D20/D24/D27/D30/D40/D45/D60/D81/D108/D144/D150 sign-placement SVG. Default division1 differs from /vargas default9. North fixes houses; South fixes signs. D30 uses traditional unequal segments and D60 uses the documented source-sign-plus-part convention. Opt-in include_png returns a deterministic metadata-free PNG derived from the same internal SVG; omission or false preserves the predecessor response exactly. No supplied markup/chart/URL/image/font, and no bhava-chalit, outer planets or interpretation controls. All admitted attempts use one standard quota unit, including free plans. No practitioner sign-off is claimed.
