Audit exact worst-case repair-loss damage
Extends the repair-resilience audit with an exhaustive, weight-free damage frontier over every exact-size failure set from zero through three unavailable minimal repairs. Each point returns the maximum lost observation count, minimum surviving count, exact number of tied worst cases, a deterministic representative with lost-group witness, repairs present in every or any tied worst case, and a complete loss histogram. The fixed budget admits at most 57,226 enumerated failure sets under the 70-repair bound. Results are exact for returned grid/sample observations, not continuous-time proofs, probabilities, causal claims, quality scores, recommendations, interpretations, predictions, or statistical confidence. No licensed catalog, new dependency, or request-time network source is used. One standard quota unit per admitted request; failed or timed-out admitted attempts are not refunded. Do not automatically retry. Historical mode uses an explicit BCE/CE date object and UT1 conventions. Its response is the versioned historical envelope, not the modern UTC envelope. Read result for calculation fields and metadata for limits and uncertainty.
