Calculate six independently validated fixed stars

Returns explicitly selected Aldebaran, Antares, Fomalhaut, Regulus, Sirius and Spica positions. Independent five-epoch Astropy/ERFA comparison stayed below 0.01 arcsecond. This fixed-star-only catalog is independent of the permanently retired minor-body feature. Runtime availability requires the immutable catalog feature flag; failed or timed-out admitted attempts are not refunded. Historical mode uses an explicit BCE/CE date object and UT1 conventions. Its response is the versioned historical envelope, not the modern UTC envelope. Read result for calculation fields and metadata for limits and uncertainty.
