Map the exact hierarchy of repair-hardening Pareto profiles

Extends the repair-hardening Pareto audit with the complete strict-dominance partial order over unique hardening profiles. It returns every dominance, exact transitive-reduction cover edges, successive Pareto layers, per-profile comparability, a deterministic longest chain, an exact maximum antichain, and a minimum chain cover. Equivalent repair candidates remain grouped in one profile. At most 70 profiles, 2,415 strict dominances, 70 Pareto layers, and 343,000 bounded hierarchy comparisons are admitted. Results are exact for returned sampled evidence and apply no weights, floating-point scores, rankings, recommendations, interpretations, predictions, or statistical confidence. No licensed catalog, new dependency, or request-time network source is used. One standard quota unit per admitted request; failed or timed-out admitted attempts are not refunded. Do not automatically retry. Historical mode uses an explicit BCE/CE date object and UT1 conventions. Its response is the versioned historical envelope, not the modern UTC envelope.
