Evaluates selected predicates once on a fixed 15, 30, or 60 minute UTC grid of at most seven days, then returns every unordered pair's exact four-cell truth table. These relations apply only to evaluable sampled instants; they are not universal logic, causal claims, continuous-time proof, weighting, ranking, recommendation, interpretation, prediction, or statistical confidence. No licensed catalog, new dependency, or request-time network source is used. One standard quota unit per admitted request; failed or timed-out admitted attempts are not refunded. Do not automatically retry. Historical mode uses an explicit BCE/CE date object and UT1 conventions. Its response is the versioned historical envelope, not the modern UTC envelope.
