Compose a bounded astrology event calendar

Combines selected Moon phases, ingresses, stations, exact aspects and exact-hit-anchored aspect windows using their existing documented engines. Stable event and series IDs, local display timestamps, optional bounded RFC 5545 text, strict opt-in deterministic fixed-column RFC 4180 CSV, opt-in request-window aspect pass groups with deduplicated exact contacts, and optional exact primary Moon-phase filtering with an explainable before/after summary are returned. At most 31 days and 800 events. One standard quota unit per admitted request; failed or timed-out admitted attempts are not refunded. Do not automatically retry. Historical mode uses an explicit BCE/CE date object and UT1 conventions. Its response is the versioned historical envelope, not the modern UTC envelope. Read result for calculation fields and metadata for limits and uncertainty.
