Calculate Bhinnashtakavarga and Sarvashtakavarga tables with optional reductions

Calculation-only Parashari Ashtakavarga arithmetic using the versioned BPHS chapter 66 benefic-place tables. Returns contributor-level Prastara, seven unreduced Bhinnashtakavarga rows, and their 337-point Sarvashtakavarga sum. Set include_reductions=true to add the declared chapters 67-69 Trikona and Ekadhipatya reductions and Rashi, Graha, and Shodhya pindas. Reduced row sums are explicitly not labeled Sarvashtakavarga. Predictions, remedies, and interpretations remain excluded. Sidereal-only; Lahiri default with every supported ayanamsa. Each admitted request reserves one standard monthly usage unit; failed or timed-out admitted attempts are not refunded. Historical mode uses an explicit BCE/CE date object and UT1 conventions.
