Dismiss Alerts
Dismiss my alerts — they leave the feed but are still there under GET /v1/me/alerts?dismissed=1.
Session-only, like the sibling read route, and the SAME forgiving contract: foreign ids are ignored rather than an error (the dismissed count is the truth), and re-dismissing counts 0 instead of failing. Read and dismissed are different facts: "I saw it" vs "I'm done with it".
