Desk count is a PLAN cap (plans.CAPS[...]['desks'] — 1 free / 3 paid / 10 pro / 5 in the founding era, which is the pre-plans ceiling) → a friendly 409 at the ceiling. Returns the new desk in the GET /v1/me/accounts row shape.
