Strategies Copilot
Plain English → a DRAFT spec JSON, validated (never executed) and returned with the validator's honest notes. Off-topic / non-JSON model output → 422.
FIRST, the deterministic intake guard: a manipulation / illegal / reckless / deception / injection / guaranteed-returns request is refused HERE (never drafted), and a vague wish / bare question gets a clarify — before the LLM is ever called. The guard is the safety floor; the copilot's own prompt is a second line only.
