E8 — download this run's per-trade rows as an RFC4180 CSV (header row + one row per trade).

Auth: identical session-wins-else-X-Vega-Key resolution and owner-only scoping as the poll route (require_backtest_submitter + db.get_backtest on the resolved uid) — a run you don't own 404s. 409 while the run has no result yet (queued/running). A NO_DATA run exports a header-only CSV.
