Return the full state for one paper account.
closed_limit / closed_before PAGE the closed-trade table, newest first, cursor by position id — one desk in the 2026-09-22 survey shipped 26.4 MB of the 28.8 MB response as closed trades nobody had asked to see. OMITTING THEM IS THE DEFAULT AND RETURNS EVERYTHING, so every existing client is unaffected. OPEN rows are never capped (they are the live book), positions.closed_total always reports the real count, and positions.closed_next_cursor is the id to ask the next page with.
Auth (B10-T1): a valid vega_session cookie (own desk) OR an account key pair (X-Vega-Account-Key-Id + X-Vega-Account-Secret) that resolves to THIS account. 401 unauthenticated / bad key; 403 when the desk is not the caller's (or the key belongs to a different account).
