Set Desk Max Per Trade

MAX $/TRADE (2026-08-05) — set (or clear with null) the DESK-level per-trade dollar cap. EVERY bot on the desk obeys it unless the bot sets its own (per-bot wins). Session-owner scoped like the other desk mutations (rename/deposit); 404 if the desk is not the caller's (cloak).

A LIVE-FILL knob: the walk sizes an order down to fit it, or skips a trade whose smallest unit exceeds it — it never touches any verdict.
