Set Desk Max Gross Exposure
GROSS EXPOSURE CAP — the most the desk's open positions may be worth, as a FRACTION of the desk's equity (1.5 = 150%), counted across every bot. Unlike max_open_usd it MOVES WITH THE ACCOUNT, which is the point. Null clears it. Refusals are skipped_max_gross_exposure.
